Thread: What happened to the Snowpocalypse?

It's bad, I was snowed in all night, then I went to work.

Calling for ice here, got our generator ready just in case. I would much rather have snow.

way to much hot air up north for it to get to bad.

Windsor had 7 inches when I left for work at 5am, fun ride to work. Snowing with 30 mph winds I could barely see where the highway was, thank goodness for rumble strips.

Funniest thing I seen on the local news today - Newsman measuring snow and it was barley 2 inches.
The meteorologist said well that’s the side of the building with no wind. To be accurate you need to measure the drifts with the no wind side and take the average??????? WHAT????

Down here in SEMO I got a good layer of freezing rain last night
Then early this morning bit 7 am we had about 2 inches of sleet on top of the ice
It’s still sleeting mixing in with snow now
Local weather says it’s going to continue all day
So just have to see how much we get
Winds blowing 20-25 mph
And it’s COLD

How much snow do you have now?

Same for us which is not much, we didn't get much at all. The second round they spoke about completely missed us. Didn't even use my ATV with the snowplow, it all pretty much blew off the driveway.
