    Default Spring camp 2021


    I will start with 3 cobblers both Friday and Saturday it we have enough turn out. Hoping the Covid vaccinations have gone well enough that we feel ok.

    I'm in for two smoked pork butts, aka pulled pork, Friday night. Cole slaw. Buns. Po Boy sauce & my BBQ sauce.
    Saturday night Cole slaw for the fish fry.
    We're in A30. Looking forward to it!
    Oh, and we're both vaccinated. To date neither of us has grown an extra ear, more toes, scales, etc. and we're both negative for covid. But the mask is still mandatory.
    I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
    The fishing is always great. The catching varies.

    Grills 2 small in shed plus my Weber

    Foil pans

    Paper towels (shed)

    Plates (shed)

    Bowls

    Red cups

    Coolers for fish (shed)

    Napkins (shed)

    Paper towels (shed)

    Plastic wear (some in shed will check qty)

    Hand soap- Jeff

    Large bowls- Jeff

    Serving spoons - Jeff

    Potato slicer

    Fish breader

    Trash bags (will check shed)

    Gallon ziplock bags

    Large cooler for drinks

    Ice for same

    Tables ( I have 2-5ft and 2-6ft)

    Charcoal

    Drink coolers for tea/lemonade

    XL serving gloves

    Power strip

    Light rope

    Salt/pepper


    I will check the shed this week

    Every day HelmCommander is looking more real. The next week or so should yield definite test results. I finished cracking a remote today that should allow us to link up a non-link trolling motor.
    Once its a fo sho, I expect HelmCommander will help sponsor some of this event and CDC.
