    Default Upgrades are FUN?

This week has been a long week of cleaning up wires, fixing a botched addition, installing an Ulterra, installing two Helix 9s and a network.

    1. What was hiding under the vinyl
    2. Test fit the temp repair
    3. My ignition was previously held in place with Bondo and fiberglass

Thank you. The Ulterra is money well spent. More rod time and less controlling the boat.

I left out that I installed my kill wire on my ignition on the wrong terminal, which is probably why I don't have power to my instruments. I'm going to go out in the AM and fix this issue. I HATE cleaning up after many years of hacks! I had an offer for my boat that I can't pass and might use that a deposit on a newer boat. Minus electronics and a trolling motor that is. LoL

I figured it out! There are 2 wire harnesses in my boat. The OEM Mercury harness and the added Johnson/ Evinrude harness. I'll post another picture when I'm done cleaning house.
