Right Click save then open with paint and resize but quality gets real bad.

Bill's pretty much right. One thing you can do afterwards, though, is to enhance the photo.

This is kinda like what they do in the movies where they pause a video, then zoom in and then click to enhance, and can then read the note that someone in the security footage is holding? Well, that technology is widely available now if you just Google it.

    Here, I'll demonstrate.

First, you need a picture. I'll use one that Bill posted in a previous thread where he went to Truman and didn't catch anything.

I had to rotate it, cuz....while Bill is an EXPERT at Microsoft Paint, he can't rotate a photo to save his life!

Now, I'll have to shrink this way down so that it resembles a profile picture. Here's what you end up with:

Now, you do what Bill said....save it. Edit it in Microsoft Paint (which everyone knows is the BEST tool for all your photo editing needs!) and enlarge it. But...as he mentions, it gets a little blurry:

So....now, you take that photo and you run it through one of many photo enhancers found on the internet through a Google search. They all do a pretty good job. This is what you'll end up with.

    And boom. You're done.

    Hope this helps!!

WOW! That cleared up nicely. Bill's head looks somehow... different............
I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
The fishing is always great. The catching varies.
