    Default Coronavirus

Seen this on Facebook posted at Long Shoal, not sure if it's all the corp campgrounds but I think it is. Great idea to get away from all the craziness.

Dunno.... Recreation.gov still sez $15-$30 per night. Wouldn't get too excited yet.
I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
The fishing is always great. The catching varies.

I think all it means is that they're not going to be going out and checking parking permits, camp permits, shelter rentals, etc. Just my 2¢

The St. Louis corp. district has on there website all campgrounds will be closed after March 19th? Haven't seen anything on the Kansas City's website yet other than vistor centers we be closed.
Who knows? Maybe there won't be a spring camp?

Now that would be going too far. IMO this overblown situation should be calmed down. As infections have not been as bad as feared and spoke with my daughter in law who is doc in LA county with 24MM folks, tens of thousands of homeless with awful hygiene and many many illegals with terrible diseases that were wiped out mid last century and it is remarkable how small the infectious rate is there. 11 as of sunday with none being the bad strain that kills. With the huge population of chinese, vietnamese, koreans, SE asians of all kinds who travel back and forth a ton during chinese new year and that small a level of incidents? I would say the quick travel ban to places infected was huge in making this less serious. We shall see how it all turns out.

So very few in MO and region would lead us to think we should be good by camp.
