I started a new thread for the list to make it easier to keep track.

Saturday night

Taters/onions = got crappie 20 pounds potatoes

Andy’s fish batter = Joedog 1 bag red, Hogster 1 bag each red and white.

Hot sauce = Baitwaster

Tartar sauce = Baitwaster

Cocktail sauce = Baitwaster

Chicken strips

Baked beans = Jigfisherx

BBQ green beans

Pasta salad

Potato salad

Cole slaw = peculiarmike

Hush puppies

Any side dishes = Jigfisherx (salad), Clownfish

Cobbler = Jigfisherx (3 cobblers)

Cookies/brownies

Styrofoam coolers for fish

Will need to decide when to put the tent up. I will bring one sledgehammer

Did I say grills? Never have enough.

I'll bring a dozen hamburger buns and a dozen hotdog buns for Friday night.

For Saturday night, I'll bring a big bag of Andy's (red). Greg, how many do we normally go through?

As much as I'd love for the tent to go up ASAP, many hands make light work, so...Thursday PM would be better after more people have arrived. JMO.

I know not everybody has strong backs and knees and stuff, but...that tent assembly (and disassembly!!) takes a team, so ppl should step up and commit to helping out.

Fish cooker. Big bag of Andy's Red and White. Gloves for prep. And will fill in as we go.
Joe we usually go through 5-6.Big bag of Taters. I Have a breader and a Tater slicer I can bring also.
We will need a total of around 8 gallons of oil for the fish fry.

Yep and post it so everyone knows.

Someone will update list with names so we don’t end up with 4,000 hot dogs, no buns, no ketchup, no mustard.
