    Default Buying on Line

Just wanted to tell a story about buying on line from FactoryOutletStore.com
Purchased a Garmin echoMap Chirp 94sv with clearVU transducer 744.99. What I was wanting is a 9" touch screen that would work with the Panoptix LiveScope System, and according to there site the 94sv does and it was on sale, so I ordered both the Panoptix LiveScope System and the 94sv, but right after I ordered I noticed the 94sv was not touch screen so I called to change order and talked with one of there associates and she told me she would check on it, came back and said yes it was a Touch screen. So I left order alone and waited ( about 10 days ) for order to come in. Finally came in, It was not touch screen ( Thought what the hay I can live with it ) and I hooked it up only to find out It does not work with LiveScope System.
I guess I should have done more research before ordering, You can't always rely on a business to advertise correctly. Lesson Learned and won't be shopping from FactoryOutletStore.com anymore
    I Don't Know,but I can always use help

I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

I dealt with Brian a few months ago and was really pleased with the entire transaction. I had a lot of questions about different depth finders and he is extremely well versed about all of the products available.

This happens more than people admit. Just my 2 cents, and what I do, is I try to find one in a store local first. Even if I don't buy it there I look it over and get all the details off of it to include pictures of the box and description. Then go home and do online research. But yes, going with someone who knows about the item is best, like stated above. Box stores rarely have anyone that actually knows anything about the products. Thus why I don't buy from Bass Pro unless I absolutely have to, and before I go I already have all the info I need so I don't have to stand around listening to some guy talk about a product he has never used. I hope you get it switched out for one you actually want. Good luck.
