    If anyone is headed north do not take 63 through Waterloo. Big mess of road work and non existent signage. Even the cop that we had to asked directions from said it was a disaster. Another guy gave us really good directions around it. Said is was a seedy area to go through but would be fine. Lol. Have seen a lot worse areas in local towns. Thank you Big Dav (license plate) for the good directions.
