    I'm in for two pork butts worth of pulled pork. And Cole slaw.
    I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
    The fishing is always great. The catching varies.

    I will have the fryer and will add stuff as we go. Mark no need for the oil we have it covered thanks to Keefer.
    There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

    All the Oil for the fryer
    All the Plastic Plates
    All the plastic silverware
    All Paper Cups
    All the napkins
    all the salt and pepper shakers
    all rubber gloves
    Trash bags
    some roll paper towels
    couple of Styrofoam coolers

    Bill this is what we have in storage from last year.

    Lots of plastic silverware
    Plenty of bowels
    Lots of paper cups
    Salt and pepper
    Some paper plates
    Some trash bags
    Napkins
    Paper towels
