Default Unhappy with Pro's Choice in Service

I would not nor would I recommend them to anyone. I bought a new boat from them in May of this year, first it was taking on water I ask about getting it fixed sure they said drop it off and leave it we are running a little over a week or so behind, so I ask if I could make an appointment to get it fixed they don't make appointments so I fixed it myself [leaking screw] no big deal. Next onboard charger goes bad same thing no appointment can be made bring it up and drop it off it will be about a week and half to two weeks before we can get to it.
I know this can be done in an hour or two, I find it hard to think they could not make a appointment to get fixed. I told them that I could get by with other charger for a couple of weeks. I fish a couple or three times a week this time of year and don't want be without my boat for two weeks that's why I bought a new boat my old was getting a lot of hours on it.
Now for the good news I called the Ranger dealer in Branson West [which I didn't even know was there] and they made an appointment to get it fixed. So if and when I buy another boat I will be looking to them.

I kinda understand boat shops not making appointments because most of them only have one, maybe two mechanics and it's hard to tell when they will get to your job. On the other hand the only place I like to have my boat when it's not on the water is my garage. I'm really not comfortable leaving it somewhere for two weeks or so unattended. And if the problem doesn't keep me off the water then I really don't want it sitting at the shop. They should be able to call you a day in advance and say that they are ready.

Good folks at Branson West! I bought my RT188C there earlier this year.

Boat is fixed while I waited took a little over an hour. Folks were very nice. I want to say this about the man I talked to at Pro's Choice was very nice just wanted to keep my boat two weeks. In a time when you pay as much for a boat as you do a truck service should better. JMO

I’m with Lil Baby, a dealer should be able to call the day before, and say we are ready for you!
No reason for the boat to sit there for a week.

Poor service manager. If you don't know what is being done, or needs to be done, in your shop you can not plan ahead.

The fishing is always great. The catching varies.
