They sell the lights at Fin&Feather in Spfld. Table Rock Black lights, on the same pattern as the older Stan Sloan black lights that went out of business years ago.

Hogster is correct, Stan Sloan was the black light guru. Interesting fella, haven’t heard of his company for a long time. Still have a couple of his black lights but they are not the plug in style like you are showing.
Yeah I've got one too, unfortunately Google hasn't been a whole lot of help on finding this black light setup.
