    Default Atomic Buffalo Turds


    I picked a mess of jalapeños out of the garden this morning. I thought I need to try pecularmikes atomic buffalo turds recipe. Got some chive and onion cream cheese and some Strawberries BBQ seasoning, mixed it together, stuffed the peppers, wrapped them in bacon and popped them in the Masterbuilt smoker.     Wasn't bad at all Charlie. Took a couple of zantac before supper. Only a couple of them were very hot. I guess I didn't get all the ribs and seeds out of those.
