I recall reading an article several years ago about a high rate of break ins in this town.Seems that several of the known thieves were found outside of town beaten senseless and left lying on the side of the road.The crime rate dropped over 70% after that,Amazing how a little (crime control) works...Of course I am not suggesting anything of the sort,But,,,

Now you all know they are just showing individuality. Probably a little diversity training is needed. They were abused by their parents. No one ever gave them a break. And they do not know any better. Lets give them a little more tax money, food stamps. And free housing. Oh wait I agree with all the above posts.
