My opinion is yes. Sounds like Truman has picked up a lot since last weekend. Seen several limits this weekend and some big fish being caught also. Get that water falling in to the 60's and you will not be able to keep the fish out of the boat.
The rains the past few days should start the lakes to cool off some. Will it start the crappie to bite better?

Water on LOZ still in the 80's got a ways to go....my favorite time of year is when the water is low 60's to low 50's in the Fall/Winter. They stack up under docks big time
