    Nope. Guess I should quit trying to read this on my phone. Blew right past the 5th wheel part.
    There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

    There is more to pulling as you know than just the power. I personally have had both 1/2 tons and an 06 duramax. I will admit I'm a Chevy guy but also not blind that others make a good truck. If your going to pull a lot and go anywhere out west I would recommend a 3/4 ton. The way that the transmissions help you slow down in the diesels is way safer. If your going for just short little trips around here you might be ok though. One thing I know with every camper I've pulled with a 1/2 ton it seemed harder on it. The diesel just makes it easy. Just my .02!
