Well last week I fought getting my Dub-L Ulterra mount on. Then this week I decide go by a news newsed boat.

Anyhow, the water is way up. I'm guessing 10-12ft. Murky, debris all over and during at 63°.

We fished for a couple of hours. 3 dinks and this keeper.

This is thing has a lot more deck space. We love it! The weather was almost perfect today!Name: IMG_2990.jpg

    Jake,

I'll get you some pictures. I can make them, I was completely disappointed when it arrived. It's so simple a caveman can build it. LoL Maybe I should say anyone with a manual mill could make one. I was expecting a complex piece of kit and got a hacked pos. I left them some nice feedback, since the owner wanted to talk to me like I had no clue. "With 32 years of CNC, lathe, mill and manual mill and lathe experience" is how I explained how their craftsmanship is ship. They sent a handle with a tap broke off in the hole. I sent an email stating that it is just a matter of time before that tap breaks the rest of the way and the handle comes loose. His response "That handle isn't going to fall off! We'll send one out." Wait WHAT? You shouldn't tell a customer they are wrong when you are in the wrong. Maybe this --> "Sorry sir, we know you spent your hard earned money, we'll send you one out right away." Well, at least the second part.

As far as the fit and function... fit was pretty ok. The function on the other hand... nothing compares and this is why I was willing to spend the money I did to have it. If you don't want your transducer on your trolling motor. Whether you are running an Ulterra or an Ultrex you need this mount! It deploys your transducer with your trolling motor. Yet it still allows you to run separately. With spotlock you want to have the ability to stay on target while the trolling motor keeps you in the area. Plus there are DIY options out there that you could modify this with some off the AMAZON to make your own wireless poll controller.

Anthony I also am interested in the mount for my ultrex, would like the ability to go either way but the allaboard is just a bit over my budget, and not sure it will work for my set up, need to look a discuss some time.
