So, does the dead water freeze? I was wondering about this the other day. I know Drake got a skim of ice on it during the cold days last year, but I don't recall the water between the harbor and the bridge having any. If we had to, we'd launch directly into the dead water. I know I've found some good sized fish in this area.

It will freeze but opens pretty easy. I have
Been known to “mow the lawn” if it’s not too thick. Once you break it up it will drift to one side.
