I use staggered poles 90, 80, 70, & 60 feet of line out on both sides which put the 300s at a depth of 12-15. We caught fish on all poles and colors we had out; chrome blue back, chrome black back, taco salad & brown crawfish orange belly. Not sure about name of old ones that is mostly orange and another mostly green? Mouths of coves were more productive!
