Default Fishing trip / Whitetail deer hunt swap

Good morning and greetings from Wisconsin.

Hi folks, My name is Bill and I'm hoping I came to the right place here as I am looking for some new land to bowhunt deer in Northern Missouri, possibly this fall and/or next and meet some new people. I could trade you a fishing trip up by me soft water or hard. I have a 20' Lund ProV that can easily fish myself and 3 other people and snowmobiles for ice fishing with all the gear. I fish mostly year around with the exception of October and November where I like to spend time in the woods...

There is a lot of great fishing for big fish year around up here. Fishwise I start the spring off in the boat on Lake Michigan/Green Bay for pre and post spawn walleyes. (great opportunity for a 30" fish. But it can be very cold yet) If trout and salmon interest you, I like to head to Lake Superior mid/end May for lake trout and coho salmon.(Big numbers, but still can be chilly weather wise) In mid June, the king salmon start showing up back over on Lake Michigan which is always a good time. (not a numbers game, but theres 25lb plus fish caught daily) If trolling isn't your thing in late July/early August I head back to Superior and go for lake trout 40 miles off shore on a big reef called Stannard Rock jigging and casting. (Big numbers and big fish). After that I spend the rest of summer and early fall back on Green Bay chasing walleyes again. (good numbers of eaters and big ones and the weather is usually very nice). If you like ice fishing I've got some great spots for that too. In January I like to go to Minnesota and fish Lake of the Woods. Fishing there is usually very good for numbers of walleye, sauger, perch and pike. (But, it's cold) Feb. and March I like to spend my time jigging for deep water lake trout in the Apostle Islands of Lake Superior. (can be a little hit and miss at times, but it's always an adventure) Lastly, and probably my favorite, is late ice back up on LOTW for huge prespawn pike and walleye. (We catch a lot of fat pike on tipups. Most fish are between 35"-40" with some 40+ not uncommon)

Sorry for being a bit long winded here.... (I like to fish) I'm not a guide and never been one. I have 40 years experience on the Great Lakes.
If you think you might like to head north and fish some of those areas and you have some good, low pressured land to deer hunt please Pm me here to chat. I'm not looking for a deer guide or a place to stay. Just need access to private lands. I can take care or the rest. I'm a DIY guy. I apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum. I'm looking for folks that like to fish so this one looked good. Thanks again! Bill from Wisconsin. Here are a few pic's from this past year.Name: 0223141321.jpg
