    Anyone fishing Pomme de Terre?
I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
The fishing is always great. The catching varies.

I went a few weeks ago. Found a few crappie on piles. All were small and only caught a couple on jigs, we had no minnows. Seen several on the livescope and had a few follows.

Don't know the lake very well but not far from the Dam there are lots of piles. Mostly just hung out, camped and bass fished some. Good luck.

It's been a couple weeks, but yeah. The lake is chock full of short fish, there are plenty to be caught just need to move around to find the active bigger ones.

Main lake piles or timber close to the river channel are where I usually start looking this time of year, although you will start to see them coming back into the coves pretty soon. Docks can be productive too.
