it is amazing how they cleaned up the whole sheboygan river area up to Lake Michigan with stores and resteraunts and cool just to stroll around plus the charter boats are easy to access.
usually the weather is so much cooler with no humidity if your coming from most of the country.

Wish I'd of known you were making that trip. Could have directed you to a sausage shop in Newton, WI that makes incredible sausages, brats, etc. Used to be my Great Uncle's shop. Usually stock up on sausage, cheese, and beer just before the drive home. Was your charter trip right before going home? Wondering how best to transport the fish especially if charter was early in a trip.

we went monday morning then supposed to go out tuesday morning but weather washed out but Dan keeps the fish frozen for us and we go right from there in big cooler with ice to home. we usually stop at a famous sausage place and load up on that cheese and spotted cow beer but didn't this time as I went to my daughters instead.
