Slack water?
So life has been so hectic I haven't been able to do hardly any fishing in over a year, I was wondering if anyone has fished the slack water below truman dam?

From a boat or the shore? I've seen plenty of white bass and hybrids on the scope and plenty of dink crappie to catch. Down by the dam, I can't speak to.
