What do you do when your guys beg you to go with them but you have chance to watch your grandson? Besides spawn was over and prospects were dim. BUT then you get a txt mid morning with a pic of your BYD with a ginormous crappie! Turns out the bite was ON and had their limits in no time of big fish! Hog turned out to b close to 3 lbs and mounting it! Both had biggest limits ever. DOH! Oh well happy for 5hem especially my buddy from FL as he always is a day late or too early. They weren't going to go on MTL where one guy lives but I sent them here.
Only one thing to do cancel plans for week including Papa daycare and head north at daylight next morning. Will let you all know how it goes.
