Need to get back out. Cabin fever is kicking in.

I have a friend in KC that wants to fish there. Any recommendations for launching and searching for Crappie? I hate the idea of dragging my boat that far without knowing the lake.

These fish were in a creek arm, about halfway back, in about 21-28 feet of water. If you have sidescan, it should be doable to mark schools and get on top of them. I'd say laugh anywhere on the lake and concentrate on coves or creeks right now, but to be honest, if you dont have sidescan to find big schools, itd be tough. Would be for me anyway, but I'm still learning a lot about winter crappie
