    Default Spider rigging

I was able to fish this afternoon in Hay creek. Only caught two white bass. Is it too early for the fish to be in the creeks such as this one? I’m going to go again tomorrow, any suggestions on which creek to move to? Up river or down? Water temp was 38. Thanks

When we were down a couple weeks ago we were fishing more main lake bluff side and did well. Single pole with minnows nothing deeper than 14 foot.

I've tried rigging a few times, as early as mid-November. I haven't had any luck myself, but I have read reports of others doing well. I typically fish the Grand arm of Truman, but the reports I have seen of people doing well have been on the Osage arm. I am still one poling 8-12 feet deep as well. Fingers crossed for the fish to go deeper and start stacking up in the next few weeks!

I've had better luck rigging than single poling. I learned that you need to step outside of your comfort zone when seeking out new areas to fish. "I would have never tried to take my boat back here."
