If you aren't set up for spider rigging, I jig deep brush on Pomme and Stockton and do pretty well.

Winter can be some of the best fishing of the year.

AirBnB has some great options. Some of the Condo renters have slips included, some charge extra down on Lake of the Ozarks. Warsaw has some decent places to stay with options to launch from Starrett Creek (Truman), Truman Marina and out of Drake Harbor to head down onto Lake of the Ozarks. The community in Warsaw is friendly, warm and inviting. I know a few members of their Chamber and they are working hard to make it nice to visit with a few great resturants! Meme's does all you can eat fried or baked Walleye!

Truman lake is my home lake I’d say that’s the place to go. February is the right time. And Long Shoal Marina is a great local Marina full service nice amenities. There is a place called Uncle Gabby’s Cabin a few miles from there they can accommodate a group of that size no problem. Good luck.

Keep in mind, they pulled the docks from the ramp today.

    Twin City area?
I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
The fishing is always great. The catching varies.
