I'd like to opine.

Headhunter is a very good sharer. I know from being a recipient of lots of fish and game. Thanks for all you do my friend.

Aw your welcome mac, give away much of what I ketch as I know many folks don't get a chance at fresh local fish or game.

This looks delicious, but I am not a natural cook, more of a scientist. My wife and I are going to try this. Do you have any other recommendations for those of us who are less talented in the kitchen?

Look on the cooking forum for ideas and recipes. Tried several baked parmesan is wonderful, reducing mess and smell plus those who say they dont like fish LOVE this.plus try crappie bisque which with crunchy bread is a nice meal
