Default Hubbys day to catch the big ones

38 lb. lake sturgeon, 9 lb. blue cat, 10 lb. blue cat and 19 lb. blue cat. Caught them all on shad that I suggested we grab because they were floating in the river dead or dying. Cold had gotten to them. But I did get to work the dip net. All released to be caught another day. Name: DSCN0924.jpg

That's a good day of fishing for March 1. I thought you would have kept those nice cats.

We still have some fish in freezer we need to eat first. Smaller cats are easier to clean and taste better.

It was chilly. Air temp was ok but the wind was coming across water that was only 38 degrees. Osage is cold.

Wow!!! Those were some good sized fish and I'm sure some real scrappers right there for sure. I'll bet you had a ball and will sleep good tonight from the workout.
I'm looking forward to feeling some big ones pulling back very soon myself. Thanks for sharing.

If we did what was most important in life there
