good advice on hung up crappie. don't pull hard and let the fish get themselves out.

I always try to fish straight down and if the fish gets hung up give it a little wiggle room.

Jenko, ACC, Ozark...all make some really nice rods.

Went out Labor Day morning for a couple hours got off by 9, bite was slower and light, but still got 16. Had today off so hit it again, only managed 7, all the ones hooked deep in the brush broke off, tied on a bunch of jig heads today. Only used jigs this weekend, but it has been a good bite on both if you can find them. Ended up with enough for some sammiches. More unders than over this time, but the just under nine stunts I caught had some decent fillets on them. Name: 20190903_163453.jpg

I fried these, but I have been thinking of trying some in the oven just for something different.
