Default Trip to Eagle Lake Canada.

Had a great time in Canada with son and several others. Lots of small walleye and northerns several nights of fish dinners. The small mouth bass were on fire and lots of fun probably the highlight of the trip as no other species had any size to them. Except for lots of big google eye or rock bass they were nice ones. Really wanted a lake trout as I had never caught one but no luck.Name: IMG_2690.jpg

    Looks like fun, good job!
If we did what was most important in life there
would be a shortage of Bibles.................and fishing poles

Fished a lot of places but never Canada...... definitely on my list. Impossible to beat a walleye shore-lunch.

Looks like fun, Richard. Hope you didn't get spoiled too bad!

Great time to go to canada especially with your son and your experience similar to my own. was few years back and walleye's wern't biting at all but lots of 33 to 38 inch northern's and many smallmouth tho not as big as ones you had. Glad you had fun richard.

did it once, won't go back with restrictions on what you can bring back anymore. next trip will be to northern MN, where you can bring home more of your catch.
