We was on Stockton it was not very good for us either. Probably cuz lake still came up 2 1/2 feet in 3 days.
Not sure how you all did this past weekend but it was terrible for me on the 21 mile marker. Tried every possible depth and presentation. Minnows, Slip knots, jigs, road runners, you name it. Only managed to catch two keepers in 3 days. Probably only caught 3-4 smaller ones.
Not it sure what the deal was but thinking maybe they were very very over fed. The water was easily as muddy and murky as I have seen it in the last 5 years.
Super frustrating and hoping it was just a very Crappie weekend(pun intended)
Let me know how it was for some of you out there at the LOTO and the Grand Glaize area
Peace!!!

hdhntr LIKED above post
with these rain storms coming every couple of days and more muddy water coming into the lakes all the time and levels going up then down then up again not surprising. Where do you target and the spawn was all messed up. where's a good drought for a month or so when you need it?
Yeah, I hear yah. I mean nothing was biting, not even the catfish. A couple of times I had super lovey minnows on 4 different rods at varying depths over our boat well structure and 3-4 that I checked on 2-3 hours later all still had a very alive and semi lively minnow. I can’t remember the last time it was that bad at the end of May.
Seems like Ike the only method having any real success from what I have been hearing has been deep trolling on Main points, Secondary points and bluffs. Guess that might have be getting reaction bites??
