    Default Ranger Boats

I just wanted to let you guys and gals on crappie.com know about the service dept at Ranger.
I had some damage on my boat I called Ranger about a Mo. ago and talked to the service dept.
they told they couldn't get until the middle of may to call back then I thought sure I know how
this will go. Well I called back and they said sure bring it on down so I took it on Mon. and dropped it off. They said they wood work it in and call when it was done, again I thought well this will be a deal that will take a Mo. But not so I got a call on thur. that it was done. I jumped in the truck and went after it, I am very happy with work and just wanted to let everyone know that there is still some great customer service to be had. They were very professional and reasonable.

Glad to hear, figured after Johnny Morris bought them out they go down hill a little.

my experience has been nothing but great... now the stuff you hang on em can be a challenge at times...i'm looking at adding a 621 to the flotilla for the big lake walleyes up north...i dont see where they are cheapening up at all, at least to my very non mechanical naked eye....

A few companies maintain a service department for more than just warranty work, some will do insurance claims and just general refurb on older boats if the owners wants to update instead of purchasing new. Basscat and Ranger come to mind, am sure there are others. One tends to not think of it until it’s needed but it’s worth a lot when you do.
