WTG Bill, that's a dandy. :biggrin
As Richard Gene says "fishing is good for you" he didn't say anything about catching....
Been out three times in the past couple weeks, water temp has gone from 65 to 71, got off work today and it wasn't raining so I put the yak in at twin coves, just had to scratch that itch. Didn't expect much and got even less, except for a not so nice 5 min. shower, water temp back to 65 with a ton of crap in the water. :dono Looks like some nasty weather just south, hope everybody comes out of that ok. :pray
I was going to go today and decided to not ruin what started out as a good year by pushing my luck. :peacesmile
At least I live on high ground and it can rain all it wants to unless it's another biblical flood.
It could be worse and is for a lot of lakes. I saw where Tuttle Creek is 50 ft high. Hard to imagine that doesn't pretty well wreck the entire spring and summer fishing.
Smithville will settle down this summer and return to normal so I just have to be patient.
