    Default Double header

Hit the dead water again Saturday morning and got a quick limit and decided to go hit Truman in the afternoon because the wife and daughter's were still on a marathon shopping trip for a prom dress.
Got to Windsor crossing around 5pm and talked to people in three different boats that said they hadn't seen a crappie caught all day. I thought what the heck I put in and went up Brush Creek close to the lodge and the graph showed fish at 15 to 17 ft deep in 25 fow and started picking a few up spider rigging and then about an hour before dark they came up to 10ft and the bite was on.
Got a limit of some nice eaters, tried throwing jigs to the bank but didn't get no spawning action.
Went back down to the dam Sunday and it was slow compared to the past week but still had a live well full, working Monday and Tuesday to rest up.

It's good when you have to go back to work to rest up.
I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
The fishing is always great. The catching varies.
