    Default Weekly Slip Rentals

Anyone ever rented a slip at Pomme or Stockton for a couple weeks? Gonna make some calls after a while, but was curious if it is even worth it.

I need to do some work on my trailer that will probably take a few days. I can put the boat in a neighbor's pond, but obviously that prevents me from fishing anywhere else. If I had a slip, I could fish all I want, and take all the time I need to finish the trailer.

Called around and it looks like 18-20 bucks a day. Too expensive for me, looks like she's going in the pond.

    Was that with a lift?
give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime

They didn't say, I assumed it was just for a basic slip like you would use if staying at their resort.

Hopefully blasting the trailer, painting, and redoing the bunks.

Wish I could do that on my lift. My damn trailer is to wide though

There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.
