    hunted for 2 1/2 hours, scanning, and checking brush and flats and rocks and everything, nary a fish to be caught, dang. O well them mrs pauls crappie in the freezer will have to do.

    Wow. I can remember how fun and easy winter/early spring crappie fishing was. I’m guessing it’s the inconsistent weather. I can’t remember ever reading where you hadn’t caught a fish.

    creeks are muddy and rolling towards the main lake, I dropped the camera down on 4 brush piles and not a fish present, tried all my tricks, plus what Rick and Jason taught me, me thinks I should have paid more attention,
