Thread: Pomme 1/6

2019 has been a little rough on me, came down with the flu early last week, finally started feeling better yesterday.

Made the trip to Wheatland, was running a little late, did not get on the water until 3:15.

Caught a dozen or so and kept 9. Wind was a pain so I didn't take too many photos. Was expecting to have to go searching for them, but they weren't far from where I left them a couple weeks ago. Main lake brush 30-35 ft.

Water was pretty clear but lots of debris around. 41 degrees, 1/16 jig in shad colors.

I have to say that Pomme has really been getting better as far as size goes. Most all of what I catch are keepers, not giants but usually 9 to 11". Only three shorts today.
