I use the Pro Anglers poles also. Just swing them in the boat with it.

Try a rear seat of whatever you get. I have 11’ B&M and love them.

9 foot BPS rod has good feel and pops them in the boat, 12 foot Wally M Lews, 10 foot BnM all good and reasonable. New kevin rogers 10 or 11 footers will stick em and bring them in the boat

I have and use a couple Sam Heaton's, several more BGJP's,and yes a couple are bottom seats.Worked pretty hard a couple seasons trying to convince myself the bottom seats were better.Never did get fully convinced.I like the leverage on the standard reel seat a lot better. For each their own.If the jig pole is in my hand it is a 12 footer....

I have both middle and rear seat Sam Heaton's. Hold in same place on handle . Like you it;s always a 12 ft. rod . No difference for me .

I like the 10’ MeatDragger and the 10’ 7” ProSeries for dipping. We have the MeatDraggers in stock at Everharts in Clinton. You can give the guys a call at 660-885-4436 and double check. They also can ship it if needed.
