    Default Spider riggin on stockton

Not me, but Tink was, I not a rigger but his set up looked pretty nice. he stayed close to where I was and not once did we crash boats were good. he caught a few, I caught a few, and couple other guys caught a few, but it was slow going, I brought home a good mess.
anyway, purple/char, pink lemonade bubble belly, and blue swimming minnow did well.
No picture cause I left my phone in the truck and I am too lazy to go get it. y'all have a great day if you want to.

Sounds like a fun day but don’t forget, I’ve seen you spider rig before.

OK, I gotta tell a story on Beagle. Beagle, Drfishjd (Jim) and bwillaub (Bob) came down to Arkabutla, MS to fish with me. Yikess and I had been on some pretty good fish. Two to two and a half pound average. I called my buds up in Missouri and say "get down here now!!" They did. The first day, Beagle fished with me in my boat. Jim and Bob fished out of Jim's boat right beside us. We were rigging with 16 foot poles. Jim and Bob, being single polers from Truman weren't quiet use to the 16 footers. Well directly, Jim caught a fish and slung it in the air so high, Bob was swatting the net at it like he was trying to catch butterflies. We laughed our butts off. Well, a little while later, Beagle hung into a little 11.5 incher. He whipped the fish in the air and started swinging it around over his head like a lasso, while yelling "look at me, I'm Jim, I'm Jim." Ha ha. I say, "Beagle, that IS a 16 foot pole your'e........" POW!!!! " Hey Speck, the line broke." Doh!!!! Well we had a big laugh over that one after we re-rigged. It was a fun trip and I think Beagle wound up taking home 8 gallons of fillets in two days of fishing.
