    Default Stream temperature

I look at lake temperatures on the Corps of Engineers website but is there a way to find stream temperatures?

Take the average high temp for the last 5 days. Add to that the average low temp for the same period.

Now, divide that figure by 2.....and there you have it.
Keep in mind that any spring influence will cause a little warming effect in those areas, as it adds water of 46-52°

The USGS web site gives water temps for some locations.

Lakes and larger rivers get temps but streams seem to only have flows.
