If you aren't hitting the banks already, slap yourself!!
Because the crappie are on some of the banks bitting hard and furious. Fishing from the bank today everyone along this bank caught limits or close to them with most fish going above 10 in. Biggest of the night( not mine of course) was 16 in. Every boat that came by fished slow but not slow enough without a fish. The best bite was of course on minnows but a few on lures. 1 to 2 ft below a bobber anywhere from 5 ft out to 20 ft out near brush. Almost non stop action. Sorry no pics but my phone doesn't upload them for some reason.

From 6 to just after dark. Once it got dark the bite slowed and the bugs got crazy

Sounds like a good time. Bridges are going to get busy now.
