Something told me to go to Walmart and see IF I could order it and pay for it there, WELLLLLLLL, No, Here IS the deal: 60 to 64 is $35.00, HOWEVER, Once you turn 65 the fishing license IS FREEEEEEEEE ( for residents of MO.) However, you still would have to buy a Trout stamp and Deer tags and Turkey tags. Small game, NO. That's what the Walmart / sporting goods dept. guy told me.
