Been using Pro Angler's for years now and love them.
How do the new ones compare Kevin? I might give them a try if they are better than they used to be.

Greg I have dollar that says you will like this new rod based off of what you are using now. Which is the same rods I use also.

Kevin are they going to stay that grey color or was that just for the prototypes they were sending you?

I'm open to try them but I sure do love my Pro Angler's. I do like the color of it.
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

I’m pretty sure I was using Pro Angler’s for years myself……… So, this rod will feel great in the hands of anyone use to that action.

That’s the color of the rod…….

You all know Wyatt will be using one.
That's if we can get him one before they sell out everywhere. Lol

Yes and no. Kevin has left Ozark rods and has a new signature series rod with Jenko rod company. I believe Ozark has still went through with making a new 10' rod but not sure it's exactly the same rod as what Kevin was working on. It is grey in color and should be available online and at Everharts in Clinton. The new Jenko rod will be available this month also. It will also be grey and have micro guides on it. Both should be good rods since they were modeled after the Pro Angler 10' rods. Lightweight and pretty good backbone.

Thanks for the info. Makes sense why I couldn't find it.

I guess you could. It would be plenty of backbone but may be a little stiff for crankbaits. Seem a little lighter tip will keep them hooked up and not pull/rip hooks out of their mouth on initial hook up.
I forgot to add the new Jenko he designed will be in 10' with regular handle/reel seat and a 11' with a rear reel seat. Both will have a small diameter "foam" handle.

Does anyone know the actual release date of the Jenko? I'm not even finding it on the website. Thought they might have a "Coming Soon" or something
