Congats Heard it was slow. happy Thanksgiving to all.
Got out today for about an hour and a half-ish.
It was very windy where I was. However, I finally got into some nice sized fish. I didn't limit, but the ones I caught were all really darn nice.
Yeah! Bout time!
Since I don't know how to link pictures here, I'll just post a link to my fb page. The pic is up there!

congratz!
Actually Rick. I got at least a bite on nearly every cast. It was just so DARN windy, it was very hard to feel the bites. Plus, the fish were biting and holding and you hand to wait until they grabbed it good to set it or you'd pull it out of their mouths.
Bruce
way to show the fish the wind ain't no thang... congrats. on the trip,
Bruce, what kind of cover were you fishing? Docks? Brushpiles? Depth of water and how far down?
Sorry for all the ???'s
vic
Congrats Bruce. Have to teach you how to post pics on here!
Well done, bud
Hey Vic.
I was right at the Collins Rd Bridge. About 2 or 3 cranks off the bottom. So about 25-30 ft there I believe. I used minnows.
I know, I know. Lazy man's fishing at the bridge, but I tried a couple other spots quickly before that and had nary a bite. So I thought with the limited time I had, I'd better get someplace where I thought the odds were better.
