    Default Stockton today

State Park Marina called, said our pontoon was in the water. It stays on a lift. Ran down and sure nuff, the lift has developed a leak and bled off the air in the tank. Got it pumped back up and called the lift folks, they are having a look at it tomorrow. Temp. was 68°F, 40 mph wind. Nice but the wind was BAD. Saw one boat, some crazo flying across toward the mile long bridge wide open in a Panterra skimming the tops of the whitecaps. Bet his teeth took a beating. Thought I might see Beagle, but no.
    C'mon spring.

You sure Beagle didn't buy a Pantera?

You probably needed a trip away from the house. Hope your feeling better. I am surprised that you didn't dip a pole on the dock.

Always something with these boats. Glad to hear you were feeling good enough to get out.

Saw the doc again today, things were getting worse. Breathing problems, can't lay down and sleep. Gave me a BIG shot in the butt, had to mix it with Lidocane so it wouldn't hurt so bad. Hurt like hell anyway. Had to sit for 20 minutes after I got it to be sure no reaction. Butt still hurts. Also a little $55 bottle of cough syrup with Hydrocodine in it. And prescription for Leviquin, antibiotic. And a graduated dose of steriod that I take 12 days. I have viral pneumonia in my left lung and some fluid in my right lung. I came home, sat down in my recliner and went to sleep. First time in 2 weeks I've had decent rest. I think the butt shot is helping. I feel a bit better. Still no energy, move real slow, and sideways sometimes (Jane said she thinks that's just me). It'll get better soon I think. And over the past two weeks with no appetite I lost 36 lbs!!! Doc was really surprised. Me also.
Thanks for the thoughts and concern. Fine buncha folks here and I'm lucky to know them.
