Those bottom plates that you have for the millennium rod holders. Were you those custom-made for the T rails?

I fish for just about everything from Muskies , Bass, Walleyes to Panfish trolling and casting my Crestliner 182 Tournament Series ( probably the best all around aluminum boat built ). First boat built with what they now call a react keel, the front keel is deeper then the back trolls straight as an arrow and does not get blown around in winds. The sides are just deep enough to handle some bigger water but low enough to be able reach over the sides, another reason it does not get blown around. It is really too bad they quit making this boat.

I really want a Ranger 198, but the cost vs my means kept me out of one. So, I recently bought what I thought would be a nice all around Crappie chasing machine, a 2016 Lowe Catfish 20. This boat has all the space in the world for spider rigging and standing up front jigging trees. Now that I've had it out on more than a few occasions, I would like to maybe own an 18 ft boat instead. Something with a wide bow and enough HP to make you reach for the oh crap handle in a 4 stroke. I'm happy with my purchase because of what I paid for it. Staying within my means! I have 2 Helix 9s on here with mega side and down at the helm and mega down plus mega live at the bow with an Ulterra to keep me near my target on most days. Don't mind my project truck, it's temporarily towing my boat until my RAM gets back from the dealership.

Both seem Like nice rides. I would settle for that boat. Momma don't want nothing to do with my ole Richline and has said she would go if I had something more in the lines of a bass boat so I'm lookin for something along those lines. Nothing fancy and don't need no motor over an 85 horse. Thats plenty fast enough. I'll know it when I see it. At one time, shortly after getting out the service I bought a 15' Mackey with an 85 horse. It was a sweet boat, But the first wife complained and complained until I couldn't stand it no more. Sold the boat, and got rid of the wife shortly after...because I wasn't happy...

I also like the windshield in the winter and I made a board to fit in the hole under the windshield. I fish LOZ exclusively so a deep fiberglass is the way to go.
