Thread: Lake Washington

Anyone have any updates on fishing at Lake Washington? Have only been hearing extremely slow fishing for the last 3 weeks. Have been going down the same week in March for the last 20 years and haven’t heard anything like this in a long while.

Appreciate any info anyone has.

It’s been quiet there for sure this year. We were talking about that today. Usually march is tourney month there. Several local bass and crappie clubs as well some regional bass and crappie tourneys. I believe the crappie pop has been hurt there by all the pressure from tournaments and regular fishermen with and without livescope. Most folks now go to Grenada to chase 3+lbers. I hope it doesn’t follow. Some guides are starting to tag/release trips for the big mommas and only keeping the smaller fish for supper.
