Thanks Coach but just so people know, you can only reserve camp sites at persimmon Hill 6 months in advance. So mark your calendars.

The meal was changed to Persimmon Hill because the State park would lease the pavilion on the point and change to the other ones and only give you a voucher for the difference . I know some stayed at Persimmon last year and have to drive around . Either way some will end up driving . lol

Just got word today that I'll be having lumbar fusion surgery (3 levels) on July 5th and 7th. 8 weeks in a back brace. I don't think there would be any way to be comfortable in a brace on Grenada or Enid in August.. Looks like I'm going to have to miss it this year.

Hate to hear this. The medical profession can do so much more with success , we are blessed beyond belief . Prayers for a speedy recovery.

8 weeks in a brace, rouch. Prayers sent. We seem to need more and more prayers for healing these days. So with that said, prayers sent, double time.
