    Default Sardis Saturday the 5th

Couldn’t catch any bass so I started pulling cranks just past Clear Creek headed toward the dam staring at 9am.
I trolled just past point 2 at at 2pm. I caught 17 crappie, 3 were keepers. The biggest was a 15 1/4”. Also had some striped and catfish hit. Was in 20-25 foe fishing between 14-17 feet!

Three keepers vs 14 throwbacks. About 5 throwbacks for every keeper is pretty typical for Sardis this summer.

How big were the throwback. Do you think they will be keepers next spring. Sounds like you’ve had a great Spond in the past couple years
