    Default Enid Lake Whitebass

    Anyone ever target Whitebass?
I'll be on Enid the 1st week of May.
Anyone have any suggestions as to where to find these guys? Coming from North Dakota, never been to Enid Lake before...

There was a die off on Enid and Sardis the last 2 years. It's not an uncommon thing. We hate the things and hope you catch them all. We fish 8 poles and a fair
sized one can really make a tangled mess when they go in a circle. Some years they are a real problem, especially on points, but not the last couple of years. The
    catfish, however, are still there.
    Tell'em I'll be there.

They are usually stacked up in the eddies up river but can be caught all over the lake. They are fun to catch but a nuisance to most crappie fisherman. Good luck with them!

Buy you some orange, blue , chartreuse minner critters. Tip w/minnows and start trolling. We sometimes catch as many white bass as crappie on them in Enid . We started filleting the small ones and mixing them in with crappie fillets . They eat fine if you cut the red out . I hope you catch all of them !

Know any pheasant spots? Now is the time I target them. They run up the river, and I take the kids for a fish every cast thing. In May I would fish main lake points. In the summer. they surface feed at sunset. IM me closer to yourtrip
